Mental Richness

In the modern day, aspiring to be successful is very normal. With the current circumstances we are faced with in society, wanting to “make it”, is in many cases what we all desire. Whatever “making it” looks like for us, we all want to in some way. Via observation, I’ve come to accept that going far in life is definitely possible, but we tend to ignore the one thing that needs to be healthy in order to go far effectively, the mind.

Every single thing that I’ve set out to achieve, small or big, has been heavily dependent on my mind’s ability to comprehend what it is that I want to achieve. And when I say that, I mean that my mind always determines how I perceive a situation. In situations where I haven’t believed in myself and approached them negatively, the outcome has been negative. In situations where I’ve manoeuvred with positivity and confidence, the outcomes have been positive.

I feel like mentally, we have to be rich before any form of physical richness starts manifesting healthily. Trauma is 100% real and I’ve realised that society doesn’t like accepting that. A lot of us growing up have had some form of mental limitation due to things we’ve experienced in the past. That ranges all the way from insecurities to toxic egos.

The mind is so powerful and it can either aid us beautifully in being who we want to be, and manifest the things we want, or it can limit us and attract very low vibrational experiences. I can’t express how drastically life changes when you heal. Moving with presence, and having the mental energy to enjoy being present, due to understanding that your thoughts don’t define you, is a game changer. You’ll literally watch your life change in the nicest way possible. I can confirm from first hand experience.
